About Laura

Attorney Larose graduated from New England School of Law (now known as New England Law -Boston) in 1995.  She graduated with honors- magna cum laude.  She earned her undergraduate degree at the University of New Hampshire where she also graduated magna cum laude.  While attending law school, Laura was selected to be a member of the New England Law Review.  Her law review article, Austin v. United States: Applicability of the Eighth Amendment to Civil In Rem Forfeitures, 29 New England Law Review 729 (1995), was cited in The National Law Journal, Worth Reading, October 23, 1995.  Attorney Larose was also selected for the Tax Moot Court team at New England Law – Boston.  The brief that she co-authored received the Best Brief Award in the 1995 National Tax Moot Court Competition, sponsored by the Tax Section of the Florida Bar Association.

Following her admission to the Massachusetts Bar in December, 1995, Attorney Larose worked as an associate attorney for an insurance defense law firm.  This position assisted her in developing litigation skills.  While defending against personal injury claims, she gained valuable knowledge transferable to representing clients pursuing personal injury claims.

In November, 1997, Attorney Larose began working as an associate attorney for Bonville & Howard, Fitchburg.  While at Bonville & Howard, Attorney Larose represented clients in the following areas: Divorce and Family Law; Bankruptcy; Social Security Disability Law; Personal Injury Law; Real Estate Law; Wills and Estates; Guardianships.

Having been in practice for more than 18 years, Attorney Larose has significant experience.  She has appeared before Judges in the following courts:  Worcester Probate; Middlesex Probate; Greenfield Probate; Suffolk Probate; Norfolk Probate; Bristol Probate; Worcester County District Courts; Worcester Superior Court; Middlesex Superior Court.  Because of her years of experience in the courts, she has invaluable insight from which her clients benefit.

Attorney Larose takes the time to get to know her clients and the facts and circumstances unique to each case.  She effectively represents her client’s interests while keeping the client fully informed.  Attorney Larose will diligently work toward the client’s goal.

Attorney Larose is married with three children.  When not working, she enjoys hiking or skiiing at Mount Wachusett (depending upon the season) and spending time with friends and family.

Generous with her time,  Attorney Larose volunteers, assisting with PTA activities at her children’s school and coaching/managing soccer and softball teams for which her children play.
